Massage therapy can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve circulation and range of motion, relieve pain and tension, and promote relaxation and overall well-being. It is excellent preventative medicine in living pain free.
The frequency of your massage sessions will depend on your individual needs and goals. Some people may benefit from weekly sessions, while others may only need one every few months. If you'd like my specific recommendation, please ask me after your session. As a general answer, I would recommend every 2-6 weeks.
Please send me a text as soon as you know. If you have to cancel last minute due to an emergency I try and understand, as we are all human and things happen. If this happens more than once, I will just require prepayment of service and you will be charged the full amount for not showing up. Our time is valuable I will have respect for yours and expect the same in return.
They are rarely available but you are welcome to check in with me via text to see.

If you are receiving a table massage from me, you will undress to your comfort level, usually meaning you will remove all clothing or leave your underwear on. This makes no difference to me, as you will be covered and professionally draped for the entire session with a sheet. Your privacy and my professionalism is of utmost importance to me.
In a Traditional Thai massage, however, you will wear comfortable clothing (like you'd wear in a yoga class) for the entirety.
Yes. My job is to relax you, so if talking is a form of relaxation, you are more than welcome to. I will not start any conversations, however and I encourage you to zone out if you can and enjoy the journey. I believe you will experience the greatest benefits by becoming quiet and relaxed.
However, if anything is ever uncomfortable or you'd like a little more or less pressure or focus in an area, please speak up. I am here to give you the best session for you.
Absolutely not. I am a licensed professional and have a zero tolerance policy for any form of sexual advancement. If there are any, your session will be terminated immediately and I will report you to law enforcement. So please, don't ask, not even as a "joke".
